A 616-unit residential complex of one, two and three bedroom apartments and 26 penthouses at Spencer Dock, forming part of the wider docklands regeneration, which was named Irish Commercial Development of the Year 2007.
Client requirement
Create a high-density residential quarter that would establish a genuine sense of place alongside the commercial elements of Spencer Dock.
